Cosmetic bag or toiletry bag?

Materials and styles
Choose waterproof Oxford and nylon cases, PU leather pouches, translucent and clear PVC bags, mesh bags that dry quickly, and roll-up organizers that hang. Waterproof means a coated or sealed fabric that keeps spills inside; water-resistant fabric only repels splashes, so check which one a listing says if that matters for your use.
Imprint, minimums and pricing
Most styles are screen printed or heat transferred; embroidery is available on some. Typical minimums are 100 pieces, with many from 20 to 50. Pricing runs from about $2.30 to $19 per piece at volume, with a typical bag around $6. Lead times are usually 5 to 15 working days.
